All RDP products carry a 3 Year Return To Base Warranty. In addition to the warranty, RDP will provide free telephone support during the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday.

If you suspect a faulty product, please call RDP Support to request an RMA number. Before contacting us, you will need the Serial Number and Part Number of the product to hand.

If the problem can not be rectified over the phone, then arrangements will be made for an engineer to visit* or for the faulty unit to be returned to RDP. In every case, a product returned to RDP without a valid RMA number will be returned back to the customer.
